The following Terms and Conditions apply to your purchase of goods from The Last Line ("TLL", "us", "we", "our"). Please review carefully, as your purchase of products will be controlled by these Terms and Conditions. PLEASE NOTE THAT THESE TERMS INCLUDE AN AGREEMENT TO ARBITRATE DISPUTES, AND A WAIVER OF JURY TRIAL AND CLASS PROCEDURES FOR ANY DISPUTE RELATED TO YOUR PURCHASE OF ANY PRODUCT FROM THE LAST LINE. If you do not wish to accept these Terms and Conditions, do not purchase products on this website.

We accept Paypal, Apple Pay, and all major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Your transaction will be processed through Shopify.
If you wish to purchase any product made available through the website (each such purchase, a "Transaction"), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Transaction including, without limitation, your credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card, your billing address and your shipping information. YOU REPRESENT AND WARRANT THAT YOU HAVE THE LEGAL RIGHT TO USE ANY CREDIT CARD(S) OR OTHER PAYMENT METHOD(S) UTILIZED IN CONNECTION WITH ANY TRANSACTION.
You grant to TLL the right to provide information you provided in connection with the Transaction to third parties (such as Shopify) for purposes of facilitating the completion of Transactions initiated by you or on your behalf. Verification of information may be required prior to the acknowledgment or completion of any Transaction.

Refunds/Order Cancellations (Only Within 24 Hours Of Order)
Please note that refunds or cancellations are only available within 24 hours after you place your order. After 24 hours, no refunds or order cancellations are permitted.
If you wish to cancel your order and be refunded, you must contact TLL within 24 hours of your order at the following points of contact:

Return/Exchange Policy (Only Within 7 Days Of Receipt)
If you are not 100% satisfied with your TLL item(s), we want to help you find your perfect fit. You can exchange or return your TLL items for store credit only within 7 days of receipt and with all original packaging, and our Jewelry Concierge will help you find replacement(s). Items must be post marked no later than 8 days after receipt.
If you ordered your item(s) with our Preorder option, please reach out to and we are happy to assist you.
IMPORTANT: Items showing signs of wear or those that have been engraved, resized, or damaged in any way will not be accepted for exchange. Further, items that you have kept for more than seven (7) days after receipt cannot be exchanged. Items must be post marked no later than 8 days after receipt.
NOTE: For all orders we will pay the new domestic shipping costs to send your new item(s) to you on the first exchange only. For subsequent exchanges there will be no free shipping of the newly exchanged items to you and our charges for the shipping expenses and insurance for you to receive the new item(s) will then be charged to you and/or subtracted from the exchange credits. For all jewelry item(s) we will charge/deduct $37 for shipping and for all Party items we will deduct $50 dollars for shipping.
For all exchanges within the state of California: you will receive an exchange credit for the full price for the item(s) you purchased. All sales tax paid on your initial order will carryover to your exchange and you will not owe any additional sales tax on your exchange of equal or less value. You will only pay additional sales tax if your exchanged item(s) is greater than your exchange credit value. If you do not spend your entire credit on your initial exchange your credit will be updated for the unused amount and the tax remaining will carryover to your new credit amount.

Exchanges For International Orders
Unfortunately, we aren’t able to issue pre-printed labels for returns on international orders at this time. You will be responsible for shipping costs required to send the item back to us to qualify for store credit for any exchange.
Please follow the below instructions on international orders:
  1. Send an e-mail to requesting a return, so that you can receive a Return Authorization Number.
  2. Our Jewelry Concierge will email you confirming your return or exchange and provide you with further, customized instructions.
  3. Be sure to mark the package as a "Return" when filling out the Commercial Invoice on the return package, so as to avoid customs charges.
  4. Package up your item and ship it back to us. Keep tracking info close at hand just in case.

Shipping Policies For Domestic Orders
Domestic shipments are generally processed within two (2) business days of your order. We offer free domestic shipping for all products on our website over $50, as detailed below.
All packages from TLL require signature on delivery. Unfortunately, we are not able to ship orders to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
All orders will be processed as they are received. If an item is sold out, our Jewelry Concierge will contact you with an estimated delivery date. Estimated delivery times for items not currently in stock can be between 1-10 weeks. If the item is ready before the scheduled window, the item will ship as soon as it is complete.

Domestic Orders
For jewelry orders, we will provide free shipping via Federal Express 2-day mail. The package will be insured for the full value. For all Party orders we will provide free shipping via Federal Express ground.
You will receive a tracking number from TLL at the email address you have provided, once your package is on its way.
For all jewelry shipments, signature will be required (unless you agree to assume the responsibility of having a package dropped at your home), so please provide an address that will facilitate that delivery. All Party orders will be sent without signature requirement.

International Orders
In order to provide you with our products internationally, your order will be serviced by Flow Commerce, Inc. ("Flow"), which will purchase the produce from TLL and then sell and transfer title of your purchased items to you. For this Flow service, you will be agreeing to Flow’s Terms and Conditions, located at You will provide your payment details, shipping address, and any additional information required to complete your order directly to Flow, and not TLL. In some jurisdictions, Flow utilizes contracted third parties for purposes of payment processing services. Flow’s Privacy Policy which applies to Flow’s collection, use, disclosure, and other processing of your personal information, is located at
  • Certain addresses may be ineligible for purchase, including PO box addresses
  • The cost of shipment will be calculated and provided for you by Flow at checkout, including estimated Duties, Taxes, and Fees. Your agreement with Flow will establish that Flow will be liable for any difference in the estimated Duties, Taxes, and Fees and the actual Duties, Taxes, and Feed due and payable upon entry to the destination country, unless you have deferred payment of Duties, Taxes, and Fees for payment upon delivery.
  • Shipping times may vary due to customs delays, but our Jewelry Concierge can work with you to estimate your TLL order ETA. Your agreement with Flow will also provide that you may contact Flow directly via email at or at +1 (929) 265-2865.
  • Customers will not be refunded the shipping cost in the event that an international shipment is refused by the receiver.
  • If your country is not available to receive an order shipment, please email and we will assist you.
We are unable to modify or cancel your order once it has been placed and you have agreed with Flow for purchase and shipment. Thus, please make sure all information is correct before completing your order.

Site Transactions
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address.
In the event we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
Please note: TLL does not monitor prices that could be offered by resellers of its products. The price protection applies only to purchases made directly from TLL on its website.

Risk Of Loss
Except as otherwise set forth herein, the risk of loss for and title to products purchased from TLL passes to the purchaser upon delivery to the carrier.

Limited 2 Year Warranty
TLL will repair any breakage caused by manufacturer defect within 2 years of receipt of purchase at no cost. Repairs needed after 2 years of receipt, or caused by misuse or typical wear and tear, will incur an additional repair charge.

If for whatever reason you need a repair on one of your TLL pieces, email and our Jewelry Concierge will help. Be sure to include your name, order number, description of repair issue and photo of the damage in your email. If we are able to repair your piece, we will issue you a Return Authorization number and shipping instructions.
Repairs take 4-6 weeks to complete and all repairs are subject to shipping charges. Repairs will be assessed on an individual basis and billed to the customer accordingly.

Arbitration Agreement
Mindful of the high cost of legal disputes, not only in dollars but also in time and energy, both you and TLL agree to the following dispute resolution procedure for any dispute related to this transaction: In the event of any controversy, claim, action or dispute arising out of or related to any transaction conducted on the TLL website, or the breach, enforcement, interpretation, or validity of this Agreement or any part of it ("Dispute") the party asserting the Dispute shall first try in good faith to settle such Dispute by providing written notice to the other party (by first class or registered mail) describing the facts and circumstances (including any relevant documentation) of the Dispute and allowing the receiving party 30 days in which to respond to or settle the Dispute.

Should the parties not be able to resolve the Dispute within 30 days of the notice, then you and TLL agree that we will agree upon an arbitration provider that accepts consumer disputes (i.e., AAA or JAMS) and that is convenient to both parties, and that the provider’s rules for consumer arbitrations will apply to our proceedings. You and TLL agree that we will give up their rights to go to court to assert or defend claims related to this transaction but instead will resolve our Dispute through binding individual arbitration. YOU AND TLL AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER IN ARBITRATION ONLY AND IN SO DOING YOU AND TLL HEREBY WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY, TO ASSERT OR PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT OR CLASS ACTION ARBITRATION (EITHER AS A NAMED-PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER), AND TO ASSERT OR PARTICIPATE IN ANY JOINT OR CONSOLIDATED LAWSUIT OR JOINT OR CONSOLIDATED ARBITRATION OF ANY KIND.

This Arbitration Agreement shall be governed by, and interpreted, construed, and enforced in accordance with, the Federal Arbitration Act
